By Charlot is a Parisian house that has been turning indoor plants into gifts since 2017: a living plant, a pot with character and a first name on the label. It was founded by Charles Fossey and Charles Senaux, and is B Corp certified.

What we offer

  • Living indoor plants, delivered in their pot, with a label featuring your text: a first name, a date or a sweet word.
  • Ceramic pots handcrafted in Portugal, in six ranges: Gelato, Léopard, Stripe, Cannelé, Piscina and Territoire.
  • Plants sourced from French and European growers, and personalised in our workshops in France.
  • Also: refills to change plants while keeping your pot, scented candles created in Grasse, and corporate gifts with Studio Pro, from 10 pieces.

Prices

Pot and label with the plant's name included:

  • The Small Ones (8 cm pot): from €29
  • The Standards (10 cm pot): from €39
  • The Large Ones (14 cm pot): from €59
  • The Extra Large Ones (18 cm pot): from €84

Your text on the label: €5. You get to see the label before ordering.

Delivery times

  • Ordered before midday on a weekday, your plant is shipped the same day. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
  • In France, it's delivered the next day with express delivery (Chronopost), or within two days with standard delivery.
  • Collection point from €3.90, express home delivery from €6.90. Free collection in store.
  • We also deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Monaco.

The shop

By Charlot, 107 rue Legendre, 75017 Paris. Tuesday to Friday from 11 h to 14 h and 15 h to 19 h 30, Saturday from 11 h to 14 h and 15 h to 20 h. Closed Sunday and Monday. Label personalisation can also be done in store.

Our guarantees

  • 30-day guarantee: if your plant gives up the ghost within thirty days of receiving it, write to us with a photo at help@bycharlot.live; we'll send you a free replacement plant to pop into your pot.
  • Stained or poorly printed label: we'll send you a new one, on us.
  • You can cancel as long as the plant hasn't yet been handed to the courier: we'll refund you in full, including delivery costs.
